Hello! I'm Andy, founder of Stumpbox Pedals.

With a background in electrical/electronics engineering and over 30 years of experience working for various electronic equipment manufacturers, I finally took the leap in 2022 to share my lifelong love for guitars and guitar electronics as an actual business - and thus, Stumpbox Pedals was born.

From my home base in Wirral, UK, I meticulously design and handbuild limited edition, top-of-the-line guitar and bass effects pedals.

My circuit designs are all unique, analogue-based, and utilise carefully chosen, high-quality through-hole components to ensure the best possible tone, consistent performance, and long-lasting reliability.

My ultimate goal with Stumpbox Pedals is to create and produce effects pedals that not only sound amazing but also serve as your creative tools, inspiring you to make incredible music - whether you're rocking out on stage, recording in the studio, or jamming at home.
